Simple billing, aligned with your directory.
Billable user
A billable user is an active user in the directory. Suspended or deactivated accounts are not billed.
Machine identities and AI agents
Machine identities and AI agents are not counted as users.
AI agent governance
Available from the Business plan up. The agent billing model is set out with your quote.

Pricing questions
Can I change plans during my subscription?
Yes, at any time. Contact us: we apply the change and adjust billing accordingly.
What counts as an active user?
A directory user whose account is active. Suspended or deactivated accounts are not billed.
Do AI agents and machine identities count as users?
No. They are not counted as users. AI agent governance is available from the Business plan up; its billing model is set out with your quote.
Do the listed prices include VAT?
No, prices exclude VAT. The applicable VAT is added based on your billing country.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Monthly billing has no commitment. Annual billing is also available.
What support comes with each plan?
Every plan includes email support. The Enterprise plan adds dedicated support and a custom SLA; there is no public SLA on the other plans today.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your workspace becomes read only: no automatic billing, and we contact you before any billing. You then pick a plan, or simply stop there.
